Rose Rees MBE, who has been named Outstanding Apprenticeship Ambassador of the Year by the Apprenticeship Ambassador Network

How Rose Rees MBE Is Inspiring the Next Generation

At Auctus Management Group, we’re proud to celebrate one of our own — Rose Rees MBE, recently named Outstanding Apprenticeship Ambassador of the Year by the Apprenticeship Ambassador Network. The award honours individuals who go above and beyond to promote apprenticeships and inspire both employers and young people.

Rose’s success comes as no surprise. In the first quarter of this year alone, she gave over 150 hours of her time to ambassadorial work. She visited 21 schools, delivering mock interviews, careers talks, and CV workshops. Her sessions help students understand all the options available to them — from T-Levels and BTECs to Apprenticeships, A-Levels, Further Education, and Higher Education.

“I was both surprised and thrilled to receive this award,” Rose said. “All I ever want is to help young people, especially those who don’t get the informed choice they deserve about their future.”

The regional chairs described her perfectly:

“Rose is a true role model and an irreplaceable part of our network. She embodies everything we stand for — the voice of many underrepresented people and a champion for inclusivity.”

A Lifelong Commitment to Skills and Education

Rose’s passion for learning runs deep. She spent over ten years teaching, designing and delivering courses across a wide curriculum. Her goal was always to raise aspirations and empower learners to reach their career goals.

That same drive fuels her work as an ambassador. Rose believes that every young person has potential, regardless of background or ability. Her belief in inclusion, summed up in her mantra #EveryoneHasASkill, guides everything she does.

Connecting Education and Employment

Before joining Auctus Management Group, Rose built a strong career in recruitment and stakeholder engagement. She managed high-performing teams, developed lasting relationships with employers, and created innovative ways to tackle workforce challenges. Her ability to connect people, inspire confidence, and create opportunity has made her a trusted voice in the skills sector.

At Auctus, Rose continues to bridge the gap between education and employment. She helps young people understand their options and gives them the confidence to take the next step. She also works with employers to show how apprenticeships can strengthen their workforce and open doors to fresh talent.

Leading by Example

Rose’s award represents far more than individual success. It highlights what can happen when passion meets purpose. She shows that when young people are given information, encouragement, and opportunity, they can achieve extraordinary things.

Her work continues to shape futures, change perceptions, and drive inclusion across education and employment.

From everyone at Auctus Management Group, congratulations, Rose Rees MBE — a true ambassador for apprenticeships, inclusivity, and opportunity. Your energy and empathy remind us that every young person deserves the chance to succeed.
