Supporting Those Who Serve Since achieving the Gold Award in the Employer Recognition Scheme in 2019, we have remained committed to supporting the Armed Forces community. This pledge demonstrates our dedication to serving personnel, veterans, and their families and has been a cornerstone of our activities over the past five years.
Key Activities and Milestones
Our journey began with the prestigious Gold Award, a proud moment for Auctus Management Group and its subsidiary, RSS Infrastructure. We have since engaged in various initiatives demonstrating our support for the Armed Forces Covenant.
A notable highlight was our sponsorship of the Force Atlantic Challenge, backing a British Army team as they rowed across the Atlantic in the world’s toughest ocean rowing race. This support showcased our commitment to helping servicemen and women achieve their goals beyond active duty.
We have also supported several Pedal to Paris events and others to Ypres and Normandy, where a team from our company completed each charity ride to support the Royal British Legion. In Hartlepool, we also provided a dual-branded gazebo to the local Royal British Legion branch, enabling them to enhance their fundraising efforts. The local Armed Forces community appreciated this gesture.
Community Involvement and Beyond
Our involvement extends beyond these events. We attended the Festival of Remembrance as guests, paying tribute to those who have served. During Armed Forces Week, we proudly fly the flag for those in uniform and their families while promoting awareness within our business and community.
Our Armed Forces Champion plays a crucial role as the Area Coordinator for the Poppy Appeal, distributing fundraising kits to local schools and businesses. This effort ensures that the importance of remembrance and support for veterans is instilled in the next generation.

One of our core commitments is encouraging ex-service personnel to join our business. We recognise veterans’ valuable skills, such as leadership, teamwork, and resilience, which enrich our organisation and create a culture of dedication and discipline.
