We recognised as a company that the Armed Forces Covenant is a vital pledge made by the nation to ensure that individuals who serve or have served in the armed forces and their families are treated fairly and equally.
Why Should Businesses Pledge To Sign The Armed Forces Covenant?
The private sector, local governments, local communities, public services, charities, and individuals all play an essential role to support members of the Armed Forces Community who work in their sector or access their products and services.
As a Gold Award member in the Employer Recognition Scheme, we’ve made a long-term commitment and joined a growing network of Forces Friendly employers. Since 2014, around 4,900 Armed Forces Covenants have been signed. Businesses can choose how they want to show their support, and you can initially apply for a Bronze Award then work towards Silver and Gold status.
Signing The Armed Forces Covenant allows your organisation to show its support for the military community, demonstrate its Forces Friendly status, and recruit highly skilled and motivated military personnel.
