Mental Health First Aiders
Mental Health First Aiders improve employee health and wellbeing
Trained to help people who may be experiencing mental health difficulties
Mental Health First Aid training has given volunteer staff the confidence to step in when they see someone needs support. They now know how help them with their mental health by providing knowledge on where an individual can get help, whether it's through self-help resources or external sources like GPs while also having skills that keep themselves safe during these duties - all this will ensure a positive outcome for everyone involved!
