Auctus Management Group Acquires Rail Safety Solutions Ltd

AMG have announced the purchase of Rail Safety Solutions Ltd (RSS), the first acquisition for the newly formed group to support their growth in the delivery of safe and sustainable solutions to the UK’s Infrastructure sector. RSS are the UK’s leading provider of Automated on Track Warning Systems (ATWS), Lookout Warning Systems (LOWS) and safety fencing and lighting products to the rail industry.
