Life can be challenging, and talking about what’s going on isn’t always easy. That’s where Andy’s Man Club comes in. This free, confidential group gives men over 18 the chance to talk openly about their mental health or listen to others in a friendly, supportive environment.
Every Monday at 7 PM (except bank holidays), Andy’s Man Club opens its doors at various locations across the UK. There’s no need to register or sign up—turn up, settle in, and grab a cup of tea or coffee, which, like everything else, is completely free. The sessions run for about two hours and offer a space where men can talk, laugh, or listen if they’re not ready to speak.
The club is peer-led, meaning the sessions are run by men who attend themselves. There are no professionals or therapists, just guys supporting one another in an informal, relaxed setting. The club’s motto is simple: “It’s okay to talk.” There’s no pressure to share if you don’t want to, but if you do feel like opening up, you’ll find a welcoming group that understands.
If you’ve been struggling or need somewhere to talk things through, why not take a look? With no waiting lists, referrals, or costs involved, it’s one of the easiest and most accessible ways to find support.
